Here's what happens to information you share when requesting an inspection.
Information collected
When you request an inspection, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred appointment date and time, inspection type and any notes you choose to provide.
How information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your inspection request, coordinate appointments, provide customer service and maintain booking records. Requests are not automatically confirmed.
Service providers
Booking information is processed through Supabase, which provides secure database and authentication services. Booking notifications are sent through Resend using BuildCurrent's email configuration. BuildCurrent developed the website and provides the email configuration used for booking notifications. Vercel hosts the website. These providers process information to operate the website and its booking functions.
Retention and security
Access to booking records is restricted to authorized inspection staff. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information. Booking records are kept as necessary for service administration and applicable legal obligations; no website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
To ask about your personal information or request an appropriate correction or deletion, email soucy.jim@gmail.com. Do not submit payment-card details or highly sensitive documents through the booking form.
