Service requests
Submitting an online form requests an inspection; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment. Availability and request details will be reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.
Inspection scope and agreement
Inspection types, limitations, deliverables, timing and any applicable price are discussed and agreed upon before the appointment. Services are carried out through InspectNB. Any separate written inspection agreement governs the actual inspection.
Scheduling and changes
The dates and times shown online are preferred starting times, not guaranteed availability. Call 506-447-7506 to request another time, change an appointment or cancel a request.
